.38 Special

.38 Special was used for Revolver m/58, M/58B and M/58C. I don't know what it is that differs between Sk Ptr m/58 and M/72 yet, but one source says that its the amount of powder that differs. The revolvers was used by the Airforces pilots. The revolvers are now exchanged for pistol m/88 in calibre 9x19. The revolvers was also used as competition guns. .38 Special ammunition is weaker than the 9x19, much for its slow bullet speed.
